In Southern California, most standard-access residential pool digs land in the low-to-mid four figures for excavation alone, with total dig-plus-haul-off packages commonly running higher depending on pool size, soil, rock, and truck access. A 16×32 pool typically produces 90–120 cubic yards of spoil — about 10–15 dump truck loads. A 20×40 pool can produce 150–200+ cubic yards. We include haul-off and disposal in our dig quotes.
Yes. California law requires contacting DigAlert 811 at least two working days before excavation, and we coordinate the ticket and work around marked utilities.
